                 Please note that Courier Delivery orders:
  • Must be placed by midday the previous day.
  • Must be signed for on receipt.

 Please allow up to five working days for Personalised products to be delivered.

This lead time will increase during the busier period before Christmas, from the beginning of November.

 All orders over £50.00 qualify for free Standard Delivery.

 Please note that if the price of your order is dropped below £50 by a discount or voucher, it will no longer qualify for free shipping.

 We can only send to one address per order. If you would like to send to multiple recipients, please place a separate order for each recipient.

 

Refund and Returns

We are confident that your order will reach you in perfect condition. If the goods are faulty in any way, please contact us within seven days of receipt and we will arrange to either replace your goods or refund the purchase price. We will ask you to pack them safely and return the faulty items. On receipt we will of course refund your postage and replace or refund the goods.

We cannot refund or accept the return of Personalised Candles unless faulty.

Unfortunately, we cannot refund or exchange any of the following products due to Health & Safety and hygiene reasons:

  • Shampoo and Conditioner
  • Body Wash and Body Lotion
  • Foaming Bath
  • Hand Wash and Hand Lotion
  • Handmade 100g Soaps
  • Room Mists

 This also applies to gift boxes that include any of the above products.


Cancellation

We are sure you will love our products, but if you change your mind once you have received your order, please contact us by email or on 01736 758358 within seven days of receipt. We will ask you to safely return the goods in unused, saleable condition and we will then make a refund to you. You will be responsible for the cost of post and packaging, and we recommend sending the goods by tracked mail, as we cannot refund the goods if they are lost in transit. We cannot refund if the goods are part-used or damaged.

We cannot cancel an order for a personalised candle lid once your message has been engraved.
