As Christmas rapidly approaches, we are experiencing higher volumes of orders than normal. Please allow more time than stated on the website for your delivery. Thank you for your patience. For more information, see our Christmas Posting Dates.

                 Please note that Courier Delivery orders:
  • Must be placed by midday the previous day.
  • Must be signed for on receipt.

 All orders over £30.00 qualify for free Standard Delivery until 1st January 2018.

 Please note that if the price of your order is dropped below £30 by a discount or voucher, it will no longer qualify for free shipping.

From 1st January 2018, the qualifying cost will be £50.00.

 We can only send to one address per order. If you want to send to multiple recipients, you must place an order for each.

 

Refund and Returns

We are confident that your order will reach you in perfect condition. If the goods are faulty in any way, please contact us within seven days of receipt and we will arrange to either replace your goods or refund the purchase price. We will ask you to pack them safely and return the faulty items. On receipt we will of course refund your postage and replace or refund the goods.

Unfortunately, we cannot refund or exchange any of our liquid skincare products due to Health & Safety and hygiene reasons.


Cancellation

We are sure you will love our products, but if you change your mind once you have received your order, please contact us by email or on 01736 758358 within seven days of receipt. We will ask you to safely return the goods in unused, saleable condition and we will then make a refund to you. You will be responsible for the cost of post and packaging, and we recommend sending the goods by tracked mail, as we cannot refund the goods if they are lost in transit. We cannot refund if the goods are part-used or damaged.
